Hello to anybody lovely enough to read this!

This blog will contain recipes and tips for a healthy lifestyle – and a happy one too! I will be learning as I go along and my trial and error will manifest itself (hopefully) in some amazing results. I am a vegan, just turned 20 and living a busy, engaging lifestyle as a music student in London. My love for healthy food and how it makes me feel has been a lifelong thing and it was only when I moved away and my friends started asking for holistic health tips, nutrition advice and recipe ideas that I thought I might possibly have something worth sharing.

Music is my passion but health and happiness are equally as important to me – I think everybody has the capacity to feel amazing daily and live up to their full potential. Food shouldn’t be the enemy; I’ve learned this the hard way, and I’m finding different ways of loving it every single day. This is what I’d love to share with you, along with exercise advice, general observations, natural skincare ideas and much more. I’d like to create a natural, simple world that makes me feel wonderful, and if you’d like to come along with me, please feel free! The more the merrier, and I’m so keen to get other people’s ideas too 🙂
